Job Description

Provide assistance and guidance, using technical and professional skills/knowledge, on a broad range of Human Resources policies, programs, and practices, with a major focus on Recruitment and onboarding.

  • Ensure compliance is met on various levels involving requirements of positions for administration and Support Worker staff.
  • Manage and assist in the prevention of WorkCover claims across both offices.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • NDISWSC
